Job Title: Associate Consultant – Strategy (Experienced Hire)

OC&C is a global strategy consulting firm, founded in 1987 in London. We are continuing to expand rapidly and are looking for the most talented Associate Consultants to join our growing team in the London office.

The primary role of an Associate Consultant (Experienced hire) is to support the delivery of strategic advice to clients; lead and deliver on the analytic modules assigned which involves various data gathering, analysis and interpretation of the results. Also, after gaining appropriate experience, taking on task management of more junior Associate Consultants.

About The Candidate

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Associate Consultant level strategists with 2-3 years of prior consulting experience or 3-5 years of experience gained within a top tier corporate/ banking/ M&A environment

  • Experience in data gathering, financial analysis, market and competitor analysis and evaluating acquisitions

  • Proficiency in using Excel for developing data driven insights and PowerPoint for presenting complex presentations to more senior members of the team with precision and clarity
